GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida softball team bolstered its 2020 signing class as head coach Tim Walton announced the addition of Savannah Serrata to the program Tuesday afternoon.
Serrata, a right-handed pitcher from Hesperia, Calif., joins the 2020 signing class that includes Avery Goelz, Emily Wilkie, Haley Pittman, Kali Reis and Katie Kistler.
“We are thrilled to add Savannah to our 2020 signing class.” Walton said. “Her skillset in the circle and at the plate compliments what the rest of our signing class brings to the table and we are excited to have her join our program.”
The Gators are preparing for their 2020 campaign with the season set to begin Feb. 7, against Illinois State at 6:45 p.m. in Tampa, Fla. at the USF-Rawlings Invitational.
