1.Ole Miss senior Kaylee Horton has decided to leave the team and has entered her name in the NCAA’s transfer portal.

2. Former Ole Miss head coach Mike Smith has joined recruiting organization National Scouting Report as its Executive Director of Scouting.

3. You’ll be able to watch over 1,600 softball games this season over ESPN’s television and digital networks.

4. In the 2020 Pac-12 Softball Preseason Coaches Poll Washington was picked to win the conference with 69 points and six first-place votes. UCLA, the reigning NCAA National Champion, was selected to finish a close second with 65 points and two first-place votes.

5. The 2020 Sun Belt conference preseason poll finds Louisiana 10 (first place votes) -100 points at the top followed by Troy – 85, UTA – 77 and Texas State – 74.

6. Arizona State shortstop Jade Gortarez who had started her career playing her freshman year for Texas is now leaving the ASU program too.
